Massive FAQ Updates courtesy of Misao!!

Misao has painstakingly gone through every FAQ on the forums and updated them to be current and accurate to the best of our abilities. This process has taken over a month and he's had to become familiar with a lot of old rules and history in addition to the new changes. I very much appreciate all the work that he's done and I hope that you will thank him for his efforts and take advantage of the FAQ section.
